While we wait to travel, we can stock up on things that makes us look and feel better on the road. I’ve had the chance to sample some products that have had a positive impact on my everything from my skin to my body to my sleep schedule — all things that can decidedly take a hit while traveling. Here are the skin and body products you may want to pack on your next trip.
Going forward we’ll cherish our wellbeing more than ever, something we may have taken for granted before 2020. I know that I definitely want to make my health a priority and one product I’ve liked in this category in the past months is LYMA. LYMA is a supplement that promises to prime your immune system with the award-winning ingredient Wellmune, multiple anti-inflammatory components and vitamins which can help your system be more resilient. LYMA is a favorite for me to take on the road because it ensures I’m getting all of the nutrients I need while away from home.

There’s no shortage of sheet masks in the market and some are better than others. A current favorite of mine is the brand Mask Skincare which makes CBD sheet masks that feel extra luxe on skin. I like to bring their variety pack of sheet masks on trips because they can cater to several situations. The Luminouss mask is great in-flight or when you get to your hotel room to bring dry or dull skin back to life with Vitamin C and jackfruit. If you wake up in your destination with unexpected blemishes then Spotless will sort you out with antibacterial Manuka Honey. Need to look radiant for a big event during your trip? Ageless is the sheet mask for you, made with my new favorite ingredient, Kakadu plum, which will give you vibrant, glowing skin.
3. Kungfu Apothecary – Facial Cupping Set
Face massages are becoming more and more popular, and I’m a huge proponent of energizing your skin with motion rather than just with skincare. You’ve probably heard of cupping for the body but did you know that cupping for the face is an excellent way to promote circulation and help plump your face? Kungfu Apothecary offers a cupping set with a variety of sizes to face but when you’re on the road you can just bring one. Use after cleansing with a facial oil, gently letting the cups glide across your face.
4. One Ocean – Bioactive Body Sculpting Marine Cream
Sitting in a plane seat for extended periods of time can do a number on your legs and derrière making both of them look more deflated than defined. Not ideal for a beach vacation. That’s when One Ocean Beauty’s body sculpting marine cream can come to the rescue. Active marine ingredients from the Island of Bermuda mimic the effect of endurance training and help tighten your skin. I recommend using a body brush first then applying this firming cream the night before you hit the beach. You’ll wake up with lean gams that you’ll want to show off.
5. Irene Forte – Blackcurrant Body Oil
I have dry skin, and if there’s one thing that does not cut it at all when I’m traveling it’s the highly-perfumed body lotions you find in most hotel rooms. They actually make my skin drier. Thinking ahead, I bring some Irene Forte blackcurrant oil with me which goes on beautifully, smells like a sweet summer day and really nourishes my skin. While it is an oil, it’s not sticky and really makes your skin luminous.
