Inspired by athletic trainers yet built to meet the demands of the military, the Danner Tachyon boot is built to provide rugged stability and quick reaction to unexpected environmental changes. Its synthetic upper saves weight over traditional boots and also helps it dry more quickly, and is paired with a speed lace system and a scuff-proof toe cap for durability. The polyurethane footbed and EVA midsole provide plenty of cushioning on longer missions, and Danner’s pentagonal Tachyon outsole gives outstanding traction on any surface. Built on a DLE-01 last for stability during quick movements.
Height: 8″ / Weight: 13 oz. (per boot) / Standard D Width

Apart from the Walther PPK, James Bond is perhaps best known for his gadget-laden modes of transportation. This framed print, Live and Let Drive, celebrates this legacy. While missing the iconic DB5, it does include the “Little Nellie” autogyro from You Only Live Twice, the Lotus Esprit submarine “Wet Nellie” from The Spy Who Loved Me, and 007’s “winterized”, ski-laden Aston Martin V8 Vantage Volante from The Living Daylights. Printed using a 12-color giclée process on archival-quality fine art paper, it ships mounted in a solid wood frame with a 2″ white artboard mat.

Autodromo’s ode to 1980’s motorsports is expanding with this addition to their Group B series. The Group B Series 2 Safari utilizes the same tech and materials in use during the ’80s and is the same mechanically as its predecessors, but gets a slick upgrade that pulls from the world of Safari rallying — a sub-niche of the motorsports world since the 1950s. The new timepiece pays tribute to the era with a matte gray/green shade on the bracelet and case along with a dark emerald dial for a look and feel that really helps it stand out. The Safari has the same heartbeat as previous Group B releases, a Miyota 9015 automatic movement, while the dial is inspired by the tachometer of the Lancia Rally 037. And the packaging provides a beautiful finishing touch with a box featuring a drawing of the 1986 Paris-Dakar winning Porsche 959 rally car that opens to reveal an aluminum collectors box with number plaque.
